Full excavation of existing dirt and gravel. Graded and compacted sub-base with class II road base. Installed weed barrier fabric, premium artificial turf with seamed edges, and silica sand infill. Clean perimeter cuts along existing hardscape and driveway. Final broom and blow for a move-in-ready finish. New aggregate mow strip and turf to go with it made this project the icing on the cake in the col-de-sac.
