Pricing is based on measured turf area only, not total yard size. We measure and confirm your price before your appointment — never after — and if your turf measures into the next size, that tier's price applies. Turf with heavy pet use, or that hasn't been serviced in two years, may need extra treatment: we quote it on site before we start, and you're free to decline. Please have an exterior outlet, a working hose bib, and the yard clear of pets during service.
Book ahead and the per-visit rate drops. Most yards go twice a year; pet households go quarterly.

Our cleaning crew runs a set route each week so we can keep pricing fair and show up on time. Find your city and we'll book you on that day's next opening. Extra Large yards get their own day, since they take longer than a standard visit.

Installed artificial turf in Sacramento ranges from $16 to $30 per square foot depending on tier and complexity. Most residential installs land between $16 and $20/sq ft. All pricing includes excavation, sub-base, materials, labor, and cleanup — nothing extra. Putting greens are a different build and are priced separately.
Our Essential tier starts at $16/sq ft for simple flat yards with pre-graded dirt and clear access — includes a 1-year craftsmanship warranty.
All Total Turf pricing is fully installed. Every number includes excavation, sub-base prep, materials, labor, and cleanup. What you see is what you pay — no surprise add-ons.
Yes. Total Turf offers 0% APR financing for 12 or 24 months. A convenience fee applies — 5% for 12-month, 10% for 24-month. All fees are disclosed in writing before you sign anything.
Four things move the number: how much material has to come out, whether we can get equipment into the yard, the turf product you pick, and any concrete, drainage, or grading work tied into the job.

It costs the same to load the truck, drive the technician out, and set up equipment whether the yard is 200 square feet or 600. The minimum covers that. If your turf is under 500 sq ft, the honest answer is that a cleaning may not pencil out for you — call us and we'll tell you straight.
Everything above 500 square feet is charged at a flat per-square-foot rate that varies by tier — lower for Refresh, higher for Odor Remediation, since deeper service means more product and more labor per foot. We measure before quoting so the number doesn't move after the work is done.
Yes. Two visits a year takes 10% off each visit, four visits takes 15% off. Scheduling ahead lets us route crews efficiently and we pass that back. There's no contract — you can cancel at any point without a penalty.
Count your pets. Essential is a mechanical clean for pet-free yards. Premium adds enzyme odor treatment for single-pet homes. Elite adds an odor-neutralizing infill top layer and ongoing care for multi-pet homes. Odor sits in the infill below the fibers, not on the surface, so pet yards need the treatment steps to get results.
No — same tiers, same rates, whoever installed it. We will flag anything we find during the seam and edge check, but that's information, not a line item, and there's no obligation attached to it.
