Full excavation of existing dirt and gravel. Graded and compacted sub-base with class II road base. Installed weed barrier fabric, artificial turf and Elite putting green turf with silica sand infill. Shaped the green with several pro-style breaks for multiple professional break lines. Clean perimeter tucking along existing hardscape and driveway. Salt and pepper decorative rock throughout the perimeter. Final broom and blow for a move-in-ready finish.
