Maintenance Program
Six steps, start to finish. Most yards take about 90 minutes. Here's exactly what happens when our crew pulls up — no mystery, no surprise charges.
Every cleaning follows the same sequence. Pet yards add treatment steps — the order never changes.
Step 01
We measure your turf area with a wheel before anything else and confirm your price on the spot. If your yard is larger than what you booked, you hear it from us before a single piece of equipment comes off the truck — never after the work is done.
Step 02
Leaves, pet hair, seed pods, and surface buildup get blown out and extracted — including what has worked its way down between the blades. We clear the perimeter and pull weeds along every edge where the turf meets hardscape or soil.
Step 03
We run a magnet across the entire surface to pull out nails, screws, staples, and any other metal that has found its way into the turf. This is the step most cleaning services skip, and it is the one that matters most if kids or dogs use the yard barefoot.
Step 04
A power broom lifts and separates fibers that have been matted down by traffic, furniture, and heat. This is what makes turf look new again rather than merely clean — and it is the one step a homeowner genuinely cannot replicate with a rake or a hose.
Step 05
Odor lives in the infill below the fibers, not on the surface, so spraying the top does nothing. We work enzyme treatment down into the infill and saturate urine hot spots, then check our work and treat again wherever it is still reading. Included on our Premium and Elite service levels — and if you choose one of those, we don't leave until the odor is gone. Everything we use is kid and pet safe.
Step 06
We check seams, edges, and nails for anything working loose, blow down the surrounding hardscape, and walk the yard with you before we leave. If we spot something that needs repair, you hear about it — no obligation, no upsell required.
