Full excavation of existing dirt and gravel. Graded and compacted sub-base with class II road base. Installed weed barrier fabric, premium artificial putting green turf, four flags, and silica sand infill. Clean perimeter cuts along existing hardscape and driveway. Final broom and blow for a move-in-ready finish. We also poured a concrete pad for Rudy and his family to host others.
