Full excavation of existing dirt and gravel. Small concrete pad poured next to the putting green for outdoor seating. Graded and compacted sub-base with class II road base. Installed weed barrier fabric, Elite putting green turf, four flags, silica sand infill, and Lodi Brown decorative rock. Clean perimeter turf tucks along newly installed bender board. Final broom and blow for a move-in-ready finish.
