Before your appointment, one of our team members will reach out to confirm your time slot and answer any initial questions you have. We respect your schedule and we don't leave you guessing.

When we arrive we start by listening. We want to understand your vision — what you're hoping to achieve, what's not working about your current yard, and what a successful finished project looks like to you. Then we walk the property together.

We'll survey the space, look at drainage, assess the existing surface, and take measurements. We'll show you how our installation process works from base preparation through finished product, and explain what makes our approach different from other quotes you may be getting.

From there we put together your contract on site. No waiting days for an emailed proposal. We work through the numbers with you in real time so you understand exactly what you're getting and why it's priced the way it is.

If you'd like to move forward, we require a $1,000 deposit to secure your place on the schedule. That deposit goes directly toward your total project cost — it's not an additional fee on top of your quote.
