A turf warranty is only as good as the company backing it. Here's how to read one — and what questions to ask before you commit.
A solid artificial turf warranty should cover: UV fade resistance (typically 8–15 years), fiber durability against matting and crushing, seam integrity, and drainage performance. The best warranties come directly from the manufacturer.
These are two separate things. The installer warranty covers workmanship — seams, edges, base compaction. The manufacturer warranty covers the turf product itself. Make sure you get both in writing.
Be cautious of warranties that require you to use only the installer's maintenance services, or that void coverage if you have pets.
We use USA-made turf with manufacturer warranties of 10–15 years. Our installation workmanship is guaranteed. Ask us about warranty details.
