We've done a lot of work in Rancho Murieta. It's a gated community southeast of Sacramento with its own HOA, its own standards, and homeowners who genuinely care about how their properties look. That's our kind of customer.

The HOA Approval Process

Rancho Murieta Community Services District has a landscape review that's more involved than a typical HOA. You'll need product specs, a site plan showing drainage, and photos of comparable installs. The review can take 4–6 weeks. We've been through it multiple times and know what gets approved on the first submission.

Golf Course Adjacency

A lot of homes here back up to the golf course. Deer are the main challenge — antimicrobial infill makes the hose-rinse routine fast and effective. For course-adjacent properties it's worth the upgrade.

Equestrian Properties

For homeowners with horses, turf near stable entries and paddock surrounds handles the high-traffic zones that turn to mud every winter. We've done several of these that have held up beautifully.

Larger Lots, Larger Projects

Most projects here are 1,000 sq ft or more. At our standard tier, that's $17,000+ installed. We offer 0% APR financing, and at these project sizes that conversation is worth having.
