Galt is at the southern edge of our service area — about 30 miles south of Sacramento. A lot of turf contractors don't make that drive, or they charge extra for it. We go to Galt and price it like any other project.
The farming history here means soil that's been worked differently than typical residential land. We've found old irrigation channels, clay hardpan at unusual depths, and soil that drains well in one corner and holds water in another. We assess all of this during the site visit and build the base to match what's actually there.
Some Galt properties are half an acre or more with multiple use areas. We design these in sections and price by actual turf square footage — you only pay for what gets covered.
Galt and surrounding rural areas have minimal HOA presence. Most projects here are simple: estimate, contract, install. We typically get out to Galt within a week or two of signing.
The Galt microclimate can be hotter than Sacramento proper. The turf we install is rated for this environment — no fading, no breakdown. Quality infill also helps manage surface temperature on the worst days.
