Citrus Heights doesn't get talked about as much as Folsom or Roseville, but the economics of turf here are genuinely compelling — and we've done some of our best-looking projects in these neighborhoods.
A 400 sq ft front yard in Citrus Heights can run $6,000–$8,000 at our standard tier. At 0% APR over 24 months, that's $250–$333 per month. Most homeowners here are already spending $100–$200/month on water and maintenance for a lawn that goes brown every August. The math isn't complicated.
In a neighborhood where natural grass browns out every summer, a clean green turf lawn stands out — in a very good way.
A lot of homes here were built in the 1960s and 70s with older irrigation systems and clay layers that don't drain the way newer developments do. Before we install anything, we cap old sprinkler lines, handle any hardpan we find, and make sure drainage is moving water away from the foundation. These older homes need this done right the first time.
